Full-scale experimental studies of the process of introducing livestock effluents into the suction pipelines of pumping stations for fertilizing irrigation

Purpose: to determine the possible degree of mixing livestock effluents and water for various hydraulic parameters elements installed equipment pipeline network. Materials methods. The research was carried out at pumping station irrigation system “Rassvet” LLC Kuibyshev district Rostov region. diagrams show stations with positive negative suction heads possibility universal use obtained regardless marks in both source outlet. When conducting full-scale studies, theory experiment planning used. general, maximum geometric fertilizer jet mixer network centrifugal pumps are assigned. Results. analyzing equations experimentally, dependences affecting process introducing into pipelines obtained. With an increase level from minus 1.5 plus 0.5 m; manure storage 10.0 m head 0 8.0 m, coefficient increases 1.0 3.0, respectively; accordingly, amount nutrients mixture is calculated based on above parameters. Conclusions: conducted studies make it necessary when station, calculate one-time annual supply during fertilizing expected yield.
